Most organisations can match 98% of their roles and do not have much need to use the full job evaluation process. We understand that it is often not cost effective to train internal analysts and evaluators for one or two jobs per year. We can do the analysis and evaluation process for you. We are accredited and up to date trainers and in order to maintain the integrity of the scheme, we provide all job evaluation, matching and consistency checking training through NHS Employers who can be contacted via their website at www.nhsemployers.org.
